We’re excited to welcome our corporate partners early for an exclusive, interactive leadership workshop. The presentation explores the tenants and benefits of leading with a “no-matter-what” mission mindset. This workshop explores the power of focus. We then move into how to move our teams from a “threat mindset” into a “challenge mindset” and the rich benefits of achieving this shift. The workshop ends with
the creation of personal, and/or organizational “watchwords.” Watchwords serve as the north star to help teams navigate any uncertainty and develop the right solution even when no policy or procedures exist. Lead with a Mission Mindset helps raise the organization to new heights and explores new ways the organization can leverage customer moments and become “Best in Class.”

This high energy presentation is sure to spark your curiosity and challenge some of your
assumptions. It starts with the core principle, ownership. It’s designed to get leaders and
team members alike out of blaming and complaining and into positive solution-oriented
action. We explore the power of leaders becoming the “positive node” in the workplace, to
help improve team’s creativity, productivity, and performance. The workshop explores the
power of our own thoughts, as it relates to achieving more. We conclude with an activity that
charts a course and helps participants to really see the brighter future.

Sallie Krawcheck is the CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, an investing and wealth management company built by women for women. In a sea of financial services sameness, Ellevest stands apart with its mission to get more money in the hands of women. Prior to Ellevest, Krawcheck was one of the only financial executives of her generation to have held C-suite roles at the largest global banks — as CEO of Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, US Trust, and Sanford Bernstein and as CFO of Citi. Today, as a venture-funded entrepreneur, she’s beat impossibly long odds to raise $144 million in venture-capital funding (women CEOs raise $1 out of every $10,000 Series B fintech dollars). Fortune Magazine has called Krawcheck “The Last Honest Analyst,” Barron’s considers her one of the “Most Influential Women in US Finance,” and Vanity Fair has named her to their “New Establishment List.”

Christina Rice is a visionary leader in wellness, mindset, and manifestation – shifting the narrative for Black women and Women of Color seeking clarity, growth, and healing in their lives, while disrupting the luxury travel and wellness industry with her immersive travel events and experiences around the world. Over the years, Christina’s work has taken many shapes – excelling in PR & Marketing for the stars, and running her own agency – but nothing has felt so aligned with her trajectory toward cultivating a community for Women of Color to thrive like the wellness space.
After a period of burnout in 2015, Christina sought her own healing and began practicing yoga. She instantly fell in love with this ancient healing practice and became a certified yoga instructor, only to realize that she had entered a world where she didn’t see herself reflected back. OMNoire was established in 2016 as the answer to a need for global healings, offering opportunities for Women of Color to heal themselves, heal each other, accumulate wealth, and live a whole, aligned life from the inside out.
In this keynote, Christina will share realistic, actionable and unique tools for fitting wellness into your life as a leader.
